International Lake Champlain Richelieu River Study Board
The Study Board was established by the International Joint Commission to complete the work outlined in Option B of the 2013 Plan of Study to more fully explore the causes, impacts, risks, and solutions to flooding in the Lake Champlain-Richelieu River basin.

International Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Technical Working Group - November 2014 to December 2015
The Technical Working Group was mandated to carry out two tasks related to the 2013 Plan of Study on flooding in the Lake Champlain Richelieu River basin.  The Technical Working Group presented their final report and technical reports to the IJC on November 20, 2015.

International Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Plan of Study Workgroup - March 2012 to July 2013
The purpose of the International Lake Champlain-Richelieu River Plan of Study Workgroup was to develop a Plan of Study that would establish specifically what studies are necessary to allow an evaluation of the causes and impacts of the flooding and what studies are necessary to develop appropriate mitigation solutions and recommendations.

The IJC received two references in the 2000s related to phosphorus loads in Mississquoi Bay.
