A detailed final report of the NOBOB (No Ballast On Board) Study funded by the Great Lakes Protection fund was released on July 10, 2007.  It provides guidance for regulators regarding the precautions that NOBOB vessels should take before entering the Great Lakes.  To download a copy of the report go to the following page:
