Description
A Reference1 to investigate the Roseau River drainage project including the effects of past construction on the Roseau River basin, to determine who should pay for mitigation and how the basin could best be developed on a coordinated international basis.
Outcome
In its final report to the Governments, the IJC 1recommended the adoption of a co-coordinated plan and channel modifications.
