Description
An Application by the Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area for an amendment of the Orders of Dockets 62 & 70 to build a new dyke which would divide the unreclaimed part of Duck Lake into a waterfowl nesting area and a flood control reservoir area.
Outcome
The application was approved and remained in effect until the Order was terminated in 2003.
