Fall Semi-Annual Meeting Minutes - October 2008

The International Joint Commission met in Executive Session at the Canadian Section office in Ottawa, Ontario on October 28, 2008 and with its Boards, Task Forces and Governments on October 29, 30 and 31, 2008, with Herb Gray in the chair.
