The International Joint Commission (IJC) established the Great Lakes – St. Lawrence Adaptive Management (GLAM) Committee through an IJC directive on January 16, 2015, to provide monitoring and evaluation of regulation plans as a sub-committee in support of the International Lake Superior Board of Control, the International Niagara Board of Control and the International Lake Ontario – St. Lawrence River Board (Great Lakes Boards). This report is the eleventh semi-annual report to the IJC and the Great Lakes Boards. The GLAM Committee did not prepare a written semi-annual report in the fall of 2021 so this report covers the period
of March 1, 2021 through February 28, 2022.
