Mrs. Kiley Shebagegit (nee Hanson) lives on the shores of Lake of the Woods in Nestor Falls, Ontario. As the Watershed Coordinator for Rainy River First Nations, she brings a deep commitment to environmental concerns and to First Nations to our Watershed Board. She serves as the Canadian Co-chair of the Community Advisory Group, as the Canadian local member on the Water Levels Committee and on the Engagement Committee.
Kiley has her certificate in Indigenous Peoples Resource Management from the University of Saskatchewan and she graduated from Sault College in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario with double diplomas in Forestry and Integrated Natural Resource Management. She is also a certified Aboriginal Lands Manager.
