The public is invited to attend an open house and presentation with members of the International Souris River Study Board (ISRSB) on February 19, 2019, from 7 to 9 pm, at the Victoria Inn in Brandon, Manitoba.
Work is underway to identify and collect information needed to consider various operating scenarios for the reservoirs in the Souris River basin, and recommend alternative approaches.
Well into its three-year study, the International Souris River Study Board is advancing in its work to recommend flood protection and water supply measures beyond those of the 1989 flood control and water supply agreement between Canada and the United States.
