Les publications de la CMI contiennent à la fois des documents des conseils et des documents institutionnels, y compris des rapports, des fiches d’information, des infographies et des présentations. Les rapports d’entrepreneurs sont créés au nom de la CMI ou de ses conseils ou en coordination avec eux par une entité distincte, notamment des particuliers, des entreprises et des gouvernements. Les rapports des gouvernements sont des documents élaborés par les administrations locales/provinciales/étatiques/fédérales des États-Unis ou du Canada qui présentent un intérêt pour la CMI ou ses conseils.
