Le Conseil international du bassin de la rivière Rouge

The Board keeps the IJC informed of basin activities that affect transboundary river flows, water quality, and ecosystem health in the Red River and its tributaries. The Board also monitors the implementation of flood-related recommendations made by the IJC.

What we're doing

 Emerson station: monitoring Red River quality and flow

 Tagging fish with transmitters: electrofishing in Lake Winnipeg to catch the fish

 Spot measurements using a water quality sonde
